The Array 4 – Gluten-Associated Cross-Reactive Foods and Foods Sensitivity Profile from Cyrex Laboratories examine sensitivity to additional dietary proteins and foods that cross-react with gluten. This test can help identify other foods a patient is intolerant to and may need to eliminate from their diet.
The Array 4 – Gluten-Associated Cross-Reactive Foods and Foods Sensitivity Profile determines reactivity to foods known to cross-react to gliadin and sensitivity to newly introduced foods when on a gluten-free diet. This test helps identify foods a patient with Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitive (NCGS) or Celiac Disease (CD) may have difficulties with and explore cross-reactions with patients who are not improving on a gluten-free diet.
The Array 4 – Gluten-Associated Cross-Reactive Foods and Foods Sensitivity Profile is a valuable test for patients with Non-Celiac Gluten Sensitivity or Celiac Disease who have minimal or no improvement with a gluten-free diet or have gut dysbiosis non-responsive to usual therapy.
